How does lead management help a small service business?
Lead management gives each inquiry a clear next step. Can I automate lead replies and follow-ups?
You can enable AI replies to routine questions from linked leads in Gmail, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. Replies use your approved business information and pause when a person is needed. Follow-ups work differently: Motionlyd provides reminders and suggested messages for your team to review and send. It does not send autonomous follow-up campaigns.
What is Motionlyd?
Motionlyd (Motion lyd) is AI lead management software for small service businesses. It brings inquiries into one workspace, with AI summaries, optional automatic replies for Gmail, Messenger, and Instagram leads, reply drafts, follow-up reminders, and meeting scheduling. It is a focused Lead Hub, not another complicated CRM.
Does the AI send messages without me?
Only when you enable it. Automatic replies are off by default. Agent Settings has separate switches for Gmail and Messenger/Instagram. AI can answer new messages from linked leads while you are offline, using approved business information. It pauses for human judgment or when your team replies from Motion lyd. You can pause or resume each conversation. Message requests, automated emails, and group emails are excluded. First-contact emails and follow-ups still require approval; Website Chat has its own settings. Provider messaging windows and usage safeguards apply.
Will I know when an important lead needs me?
You don't have to keep your dashboard open. Motion lyd can email you when a lead is marked Hot or Urgent, needs your attention, or asks to speak with a person. Choose which alerts you receive in Settings. No email for every new lead or routine follow-up reminder, so you can focus on the opportunities that need you.
Which sources and channels can I connect?
Capture inquiries from Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, existing website forms, Motion lyd Forms, and Website Chat. Gmail, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct let you handle supported conversations. Provider permissions and messaging windows apply. WhatsApp currently offers an app or web handoff; it is not a tracked in-app conversation.
Will Motion lyd read my entire inbox?
Motion lyd does not scan your historical inbox for leads. Gmail processes replies matching known leads or tracked conversations. Unknown Facebook and Instagram messages can appear as message requests when enabled, without becoming leads until you choose to create one.
Is there a limit on leads?
No. Your plan includes unlimited leads, with no monthly lead allowance or extra-lead packs. Duplicate submissions are still matched so your workspace stays organized, and public forms and chat retain spam and abuse protection.
Will my launch price increase later?
Businesses subscribing at the $49/month launch price keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. The standard price is $79/month. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price available at that time applies.
Can I bring my existing leads and my team?
Yes. Import a CSV and keep existing contact matches from becoming duplicates. The Founding plan includes 3 users, including the owner, with shared leads, assignments, and personal assignment notifications.
