Facebook & Instagram
Receive selected lead-form submissions and enabled business messages. Unknown organic senders can appear as Requests, without AI analysis, until you create or link a lead.
Google Calendar
Schedule meetings with existing leads. Unrelated events appear only as Busy; their titles, descriptions, and attendees are not stored or sent to AI.

Lead analysis and reply suggestions use relevant lead details, tracked conversation content, and the business information you configure. This context is processed server-side using OpenAI.
You can enable automatic replies for new Gmail, Messenger, and Instagram messages from linked leads. This is off by default and excludes message requests. AI pauses for handoffs or when your team replies. Gmail has its own opt-in and excludes automated and group emails. First-contact emails and follow-up drafts still require your approval. Website Chat answers visitors under its separate configuration.

Server-side credentials
Connected-account tokens are encrypted before storage. Provider secrets and AI keys stay on the server, not in public form or widget code.
Workspace permissions
Protected requests verify the signed-in user and active workspace membership. Owners manage connections and team access; removed members lose access to the workspace.
Public endpoint protection
Forms and chat validate submissions and apply request limits. Duplicate event handling helps prevent repeated provider deliveries from creating duplicate records.

Keep control of your connections and data.
Disconnect a provider in Connections to stop using its saved connection. You can also remove access in your provider account. Google account-level revocation may affect both Gmail and Calendar connections.
Export your leads from the Leads workspace. For account access, correction, or deletion requests, use the contact details and process in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete previously stored leads or conversations.
