First-contact emails and follow-ups still require approval; Website Chat has its own settings. Provider messaging windows and usage safeguards apply.

You don't have to keep your dashboard open. Motion lyd can email you when a lead is marked Hot or Urgent, needs your attention, or asks to speak with a person. Choose which alerts you receive in Settings. No email for every new lead or routine follow-up reminder, so you can focus on the opportunities that need you.

Capture inquiries from Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, existing website forms, Motion lyd Forms, and Website Chat. Gmail, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct let you handle supported conversations. Provider permissions and messaging windows apply. WhatsApp currently offers an app or web handoff; it is not a tracked in-app conversation.

Motion lyd does not scan your historical inbox for leads. Gmail processes replies matching known leads or tracked conversations. Unknown Facebook and Instagram messages can appear as message requests when enabled, without becoming leads until you choose to create one.

No. Your plan includes unlimited leads, with no monthly lead allowance or extra-lead packs. Duplicate submissions are still matched so your workspace stays organized, and public forms and chat retain spam and abuse protection.
